New Ride App Coming to Middlebury July 15
MIDDLEBURY — Based on rider feedback, Tri-Valley Transit (TVT) is making it easier to book rides. Beginning July 15, TVT will replace its Middlebury EZ Trip service with MyRide by TVT, a new, easier-to-use ride booking app. The app can be downloaded from the Apple app store and from Google Play or available as a web app at myridebytvt.app.ridewithvia.com.

Using the MyRide by TVT app provides the best rider experience. You’ll receive trip reminders and be able to see your vehicle’s location right on your phone. The app makes booking rides quick and easy whenever you need them.
The MyRide by TVT app is produced by Via Transportation and has excellent reviews. The MyRide app has been in service in Montpelier, where rider satisfaction currently ranks 4.89 out of 5.0.
Self-booking through the app will also help keep costs lower, which protects funding for this service. Live assistance will remain available for riders who do not have access to a smartphone or computer.
