Why Are Bus Rider Surveys So Important?

Rider feedback helps us understand how well our current bus routes and schedules meet rider needs and whether adjustments are necessary. Survey responses directly inform decisions about:

• Bus schedules and timing
• Bus stop locations
• Staff performance
• Overall rider experiences

Your input also plays a vital role in maintaining the funding that keeps our buses running. Survey data strengthens our applications for State and Federal grants and supports the annual funding requests we submit to towns as a nonprofit public transportation provider.
